In case of an error message or defect on the toll device, we need the following information:
- Toll device serial number, (eg 030000123456789)
- License plate, (e.g. RO-TT-123, please indicate the registration number in the format in which it is visible on the vehicle registration document, i.e. if the OBU is registered without a space/hyphen, please indicate this here as well.)
- Exact date and time (time zone) of the error message (e.g. 01.02.2021; 08:03, please note the format DD.MM.YYYY for the date).
- Error Code (e.g. 12001)
- Country in which the error message incurred, (in the form "toll domain" e.g.: BG)
- Reason for checking
On this basis, the error messages / defects are checked in cooperation with our technical department. As soon as the check is done, we will inform you of the result immediately.
